• Date/time of sessions
• Type of session (chat, phone, video)
• Non-identifiable notes, if recorded by a supporter (optional and anonymized)

c. Technical & Usage Data

• IP address
• Device type and operating system
• Log data (app activity, session duration, etc.)
• Cookies or similar technologies (website only)

d. Payment & Financial Information (Processed by Stripe)

If you make or receive payments through Psychi, Stripe collects:

• Payment method details (e.g., card type, last 4 digits)
• Billing address
• Transaction history
• Device identifiers
• IP address
• Browser and device characteristics
• Fraud-prevention data

We do not store full payment information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Match clients with peer supporters

• Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention
• Supabase for secure data storage
• Daily.co for video sessions

These providers may collect information directly from you as required to operate their services.

7. Peer Support Disclaimer

Psychi does not provide therapy or medical care. Supporters are not licensed clinicians and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Encryption

Chat messages are protected with end-to-end encryption. Only you and your supporter can read them.
