1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are generally determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as technical issues, unexpected emergencies, or service-related problems. However, scheduled session cancellations follow the rules outlined below.

2. Cancellation Refund Rules

Cancel More Than 24 Hours Before the Session

100% Refund

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.

Cancel Between 2–24 Hours Before the Session

50% Refund

If you cancel between 2 and 24 hours before the start time, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancel Less Than 2 Hours Before the Session

No Refund

If you cancel less than 2 hours before the session, no refund will be issued.

3. Missed Sessions ("No-Shows")

If you miss a session without canceling, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
